The Castello dei Rampola is a historic estate owned by the Di Napoli family since 1964, located in the Conca d’Oro di Panzano. It is part of that group of producers who helped revive the Chianti region in the 1970s and 1980s. The grapes to produce Chianti Classico come from manual harvesting in vineyards that have not undergone chemical treatments. The collection follows the lunar calendar. Maceration on the skins for 30 days. Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks (7 days at 28-30 ° C).
