Luciano Porciatti and his sister Anna, together with the whole family, offer their customers the best variety of chianti’s salami processed with the techniques and secrets of the past.

The art of the Chianti’s butcher has been handed down to Luciano Porciatti by his father Gigi who, in the cold winters of the last century, passed from one farm to another, gathering whole families around him in the most important farming rite: the slaughter and processing of pork.

Today, with Luciano and his son Francesco, the tradition continues

From the choice, to the preparation and finally to the seasoning of the meat, all the phases are strictly carried out by the Porciatti family to guarantee unique products that can be found only in the Chianti area: soppressata, buristo, sbriciolona, capocollo, salami, sausages, ham and the famous “Tonno di Radda”,”Lardone di Radda”and “Mortadella del Chianti”. Next to the cold cuts you can also find cheeses and the inevitable Tuscan pecorino.
