Isola delle Falcole Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2021 is a 100% Sangiovese, aged for 30 months in French and Slovenian oak barrels, in a small cellar-garage. Isola delle Falcole is the result of precision agriculture and winemaking and above all of the passion of three friends for this corner of Tuscany.
Despite production being limited to just 3000 bottles, this wine is well worth seeking out if one is looking for new discoveries in the vibrant Chianti wine scene. On the palate, notes of dark cherry, currant, spices and tobacco are perceived within a frame with a well-crafted tannic texture.
