Champagne Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blanc combines the freshness of Chardonnays with the gourmet style of the house of Reims.
A marriage between 80% of vintage wines and 20% of reserve wines. It is a cuvée that achieves the feat of bringing together opposites: the tension and freshness of young Chardonnays on the one hand, and the silky patina and “Charles Heidsieck” on the other.
The Blanc de Blancs Charles Heidsieck blend is made up of Chardonnay from the terroirs of Oger and Vertus (Côte des Blancs), Villers-Marmery, Trépail, Vaudemange and Montgueux.
It is a cuvée that ages 4 years in the home cellars and which is dosed in Brut (10g / l).
Blanc de Blancs Charles Heidsieck has a pale gold color with green reflections.
The nose is a champagne that offers notes of peach, candied citrus, lime blossom, honeysuckle and fresh hazelnuts. Subtle aromas of mandarin and lemon follow.
