From vines on clayey and calcareous soils after a very long maturation (48 months in oak barrels, 12 months in cement and at least 12 in the bottle) a wine with an extremely complex bouquet is born, characterized by an extraordinary balance in the mouth.
As always, also in this case the work of Francesco Illy amazes us: complexity, elegance and territoriality are the three cornerstones of a wine that we will not easily forget.
