Description
With grapes from La Morra, the Vietti Brunate Barolo 2019 shows a beautiful softness and a delicate side with dried rose, lilac and wildflowers. The wine completes its malolactic fermentation in barriques and is subsequently transferred to large oak barrels for ageing. This double treatment in oak is part of Vietti’s secret recipe to produce the silky tannins and fine texture that is well perceived at the first sip of the Brunate 2019. A tiny production, the Vietti Brunate Barolo 2019 is recognized by that characteristic aromatic finish of licorice and balsamic herb.
