Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi d.o.c. The Classico Superiore “Vigneto del Balluccio” is a special cru produced in a single vineyard in the historic region of Jesi, Castelplanio (Ancona). Harmony and unparalleled elegance identify this award-winning Verdicchio. It has an intense golden yellow color and the scent is reminiscent of white flowers, sage, anise and licorice. A full-bodied wine, it has a soft and velvety finish with light traces of vanilla. Serve with fish-based dishes including the typical “Adriatic fried seafood”, fresh shellfish, light cheeses and light first courses
Tenuta dell’Ugolino is a small farm dedicated to the production of wine for the past 20 years. With its 8 hectares of land planted with vineyards in the Castelplanio hills, in the center of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi production area, the company aims at producing quality wines through cultivation and winemaking methods that respect the territory and the ‘environment.
