Description
Amarone Secondo Marco 2014 is produced in the Valpolicella Classico area. It is a wine that expresses strength and personality, from the first sip. The Secondo Marco winery selects only the best bunches of native red berried grapes of the Veneto region, including Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. After the bunches have dried for about 120 days, the must ferments for 45 days in contact with the skins and then ages for 42 months in 50-hectolitre oak barrels. After bottling, the wine continues to mature in glass for a further 12 months.
The result is an Amarone della Valpolicella Classico with an intense ruby hue, with a complex aroma of red and black berried fruit, spices and lightly toasted coffee. When tasted, this wine has an excellent body, vigorous, soft and warm, with perfectly crafted tannins that increase the smoothness of the sip. Amarone secondo Marco is a wine of great character and intensity, a symbol of the Veneto region and of the particular production method used by the Secondo Marco winery.
A label of absolute quality, which can already be appreciated now, but which also has the ability to mature for the next 15 years. Do not miss the opportunity to try this Amarone della Valpolicella Secondo Marco, a guarantee of enological excellence confirmed by the numerous awards obtained year after year.
