Rocca di Montegrossi Chianti Classico is the flagship of the company; a mix of 90% Sangiovese, together with Canaiolo and Colorino. It is mainly aged in large Allier oak barrels and barriques for 12-14 months. The wine is unfiltered and requires a further 6 months of bottle aging before release.
