Il Pinot Nero del Podere della Civettaja 2021 è uno di quei vini che non ti aspetti, ma che hai sempre sperato esistesse. Strongly wanted by the Burgundy enthusiast Vincenzo Tommasi, it was born in Pratovecchio on the heights of the Casentino in a very limited edition.
Indigenous yeasts for spontaneous fermentation, cement and 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th passage barriques for maturation, no filtration and a unique terroir, that of the Tuscan Apennines – these are the ingredients that have made this wine a case.
