Description
The Pinot Noir of Podere della Civettaja 2020 is one of those wines that you don’t expect, but that you always hoped existed. Strongly wanted by the Burgundy enthusiast Vincenzo Tommasi, it was born in Pratovecchio on the heights of the Casentino in a very limited edition.
Indigenous yeasts for spontaneous fermentation, cement and 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th passage barriques for maturation, no filtration and a unique terroir, that of the Tuscan Apennines – these are the ingredients that have made this wine a case.
Just under 7000 bottles that sell like hot cakes among Pinot Noir enthusiasts for a wine that has already become a cult
