Montevertine 2018 by Montevertine is the label in which the characteristics of the Radda in Chianti company are best expressed, which has become a reference point for all Sangiovese lovers.
With the 2018 vintage Montevertine comes out with celebratory labels to commemorate the founder of the company Sergio Manetti who would have turned 100 this year.
1921-2021
From Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, carefully chosen within the Raddese property, a wine is born in which delicacy and substance are admirably blended. Aged for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, it is surprising for its immediate ease of drinking despite the presence of a strong tannin that reveals a great aging potential.
Montevertine is located in the heart of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena, precisely 3 kilometers south of Radda in Chianti.
