Description
Montevertine Le Pergole Torte 2020 was born in a vintage to remember in the Chianti Classico. Nature, perhaps due to man’s forced absence for several months, expressed itself as it hasn’t happened for a long time. A regular season, with the rains at the right time and the summer heat not suffocating, green and flourishing woods, minimum presence of infections in the vineyard and consequent minimum use of treatments, regular maturation and excellent final yield.
The Pergole Torte 2020 is presented in a superior category version, complex, structured, of great impact and length in the mouth, the excellent acidity well balanced by a very deep fruit. A wine that we can already drink with great satisfaction but that will certainly give much more in the years to come.
