The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Nature of the Maison Laherte is a cuvée based on Chardonnay from the best Chardonnay plots of the estate. Vineyards whose chalky subsoil allows here to build a champagne of great minerality.
The Chardonnay vines of the Blanc de Blancs Nature Laherte benefit from reasoned cultivation practices and are 35 years old on average.
Half of the reserve wines used in the assembly of this cuvée are stored in barrels, thus giving a certain roundness to this cuvée.
This cuvée is not dosed as the name suggests, in order to express the aromas.
Blanc de Blancs Nature Laherte is an important cuvée, with aromas of fruit and white flowers that envelop the palate.
It ends with nice mineral length.
