Description

The Chianti Classico Vigna Casanova dell’Aia 2020 by Istine is a small Cru of about 4.5 hectares located just outside the village of Radda in Chianti at about 500 m a.s.l.

For several decades, the Fronti family has specialized in vineyard development and management for some of the most famous Tuscan wineries, appreciated everywhere for the quality of their work. At the same time the Fronti family also acquired some small vineyards in the Chianti Classico area, specifically in Radda and Gaiole in Chainti

Agela Fronti represents the new generation of the Fronti family and their desire to produce wine from the family vineyards. Project that materialized with the first bottlings in 2009.

From the beginning the idea was to create wines that highlight the different characteristics of their different vineyards:

the ISTINE vineyard (between Radda and Castellina), the CASANOVA vineyards (near Radda) and the CAVARCHIONE vineyard (near Gaiole).
