Les Prémices signed Egly-Ouriet is an equal marriage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, coming from the Massif of Saint Thierry and more precisely from the village of Trigny. It is a cuvée that reveals floral notes and a beautiful subtle vinosity attributable to Pinot Noir.
It is a cuvée that offers a less vinous style than the other cuvées of the house. It is a champagne that asserts itself with an elegant, lively and taut style.
