The Carte D’Or cuvée represents Drappier’s idea of ​​Champagne: power, complexity and freshness. The blend with a strong predominance of Pinot Noir from the Carte d’Or cuvée offers an expressive champagne, with great aromatic richness.

Champagne Drappier Carte d’Or is the result of a cuvée of 90% Pinot Noir, 7% Chardonnay, 3% Pinot Meunier. The wine expresses all the aromas of the famous variety. It is sought after not only for its structure but also for its characteristic fine notes of red fruits embellished with spicy references.

In the glass, the color of the Champagne Drappier Carte D’Or presents a beautiful golden yellow with coppery reflections. No winemaking technique modifies the natural color of the Cuvée.
The rosehip flower bouquet quickly gives way to stone fruit aromas such as white peach. A spicy touch announces a powerful and complex palate.
In the mouth the sip is immediately vinous, dominated by ripe fruits: peach, apricot and red fruits. Natural freshness is just dressed in a discreet dosage that guarantees a long finish. As it matures, the Carte d’Or will surprise you with notes of gingerbread, candied fruit and pastry.

The yellow and gold label, created in 1952, is the hallmark of a rich and full of freshness cuvée.
