Description
The Cuvée Prestige by Diebolt-Vallois is a Blanc de Blancs champagne obtained from vines planted in the terroir of Cramant, Chouilly, Mesnil sur Oger and Oger, classified as Grand Cru. Some of the grapes come in particular from the Les Pimonts locality in Cramant, where the soils consist of a thin layer of earth on a chalky base, with general east-south-east exposure.
The Cuvée Prestige is the result of a blend of wines from the last harvest and a perpetual reserve that began in 2009. These wines bring roundness, richness and complexity to the Cuvée Prestige Diebolt-Vallois.
