Description
Castello Tricerchi Brunello di Montalcino 2020 is a highly prestigious red wine, produced in the historic vineyards located on the northern slopes of Montalcino. This Brunello is obtained from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, carefully cultivated in the Vigna del Lago and Vigna del Castello vineyards, which extend over 13 hectares of the castle property, completed in 1441. Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: Intense and clear ruby red.
Aroma: Complex and elegant, with notes of ripe cherry, chocolate and tobacco, enriched with spicy and floral nuances.
Taste: Structured and sophisticated, with soft tannins and marked acidity which give the wine a long persistence. The finish is harmonious and balanced, with considerable development potential.
Vinification and Aging: The wine is aged for 3 years in oak barrels, a process that enhances the personality and nobility of the hand-harvested grapes. Annual production is limited to 30,000 bottles, ensuring meticulous attention to every phase of winemaking. Gastronomic pairings: Perfect to accompany red meats, mature cheeses and game. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18°C, allowing the wine to breathe before tasting it.
