The Castello di Radda farm is located on the eastern hills overlooking the small village of Radda in Chianti, along the road that leads to another famous Chianti village: Volpaia. The vineyards are exposed from south-west to south-east with clayey-calcareous soils and a good percentage of skeleton. Particularly suitable conditions for the cultivation of Sangiovese and Canaiolo Castello di Radda is a relatively recent company in the Chianti wine scene. Founded in 2003 by the Gussalli-Beretta family, it has demonstrated clear ideas regarding the style of their wines right from the start.
