Castello di Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserva is the result of a careful selection of bunches from vineyards that historically give life to wines suitable for long aging. The vinification takes place in steel with a maceration of approximately 20 days. The refinement instead takes place in small second passage wood for a minimum of 18 months. Before coming out on the market, the Riserva del Castello di Monsanto further refines for another 3 months in the bottle
