The Bollinger PN AYC18 Blanc de Noirs Brut cuvée represents a journey through the renowned vineyards located in the municipalities of Aÿ, Tauxières and Verzenay. This exceptional champagne, entirely dedicated to Pinot Noir, is the embodiment of the unique vision that the Maison Bollinger has of this noble grape variety. The Bollinger PN cuvée aims to enhance the different facets of Pinot Noir, celebrating its magnificence on different terroirs, each with its distinctive character. Freshness and aromatic purity characterize this Blanc de Noirs Brut from Bollinger. The Cuvée PN AYC18 is composed exclusively of Pinot Noir, mainly coming from the Cru Aÿ. The assembly of this cuvée is based on the 2018 vintage, enriched by the contribution of reserve wines dating back to the 2009 vintage. The disgorgement process took place in January 2023, with a Brut dosage of 6 g/l, to guarantee a perfect balance of freshness and complexity. It combines Bollinger’s artisan tradition with the mastery of Pinot Noir processing, offering a unique experience for lovers of good champagne.
