Description

Antinori Peppoli Chianti Classico comes from vineyards located near the Tignanello estate in the northern quadrant of the Chianti Classico region. These are 50 vineyards planted mostly in Sangiovese, but where Merlot, Sirah and Malvaia are also present. The Chianti Classico Peppoli si Antinori expresses the important characteristics of a vintage wine very well. Fresh, fruity and medium-bodied.

The Antinori family has been involved in the production of wine for over six centuries, since, in 1385, Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member of “Arte Fiorentina”, the Association of Winemakers of the city of Florence. Throughout this long period, for twenty-six generations, the family has always personally carried out this work with courageous and, at times, innovative choices, but always maintaining, unaltered, a fundamental respect for tradition and for the territory in which it operates.
