Description
Drappier Brut Nature Rosé is an excellent Champagne to discover all the savoir with the Pinot Noir of this historic Maison. The production of Drappier Brut Nature Rosé through the maceration of Pinot Noir is rare in Champagne. With a vineyard park particularly rich in Pinot Noir, the Drappier house has the raw material from which to extract the grapes with the highest concentration of red fruit aromas. The concentration is so high that Maisoin Drappier “lightens” the cuvée by adding Pinot vinified in white. The nose reveals aromas of red and violet fruits, and thanks to a low temperature “prise de mousse”, a fine effervescence reveals flavors of citrus and pepper.
The Drappier maison has been producing authentic Champagnes for two centuries, recognized for their intense Pinot Noir aromas. Supplier of General De Gaulle, the Maison Drappier signs cuvées that have always been characterized by freshness and fine effervescence. The family house is also known for its great vintage cuvée, the Grande Sendrée, which surprises with its refinement and aromatic complexity.
