Description
Brancaia Il Bianco Toscana is the company’s only white grape label and a decidedly successful one.
Made mostly from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a pinch of Viognier, this wine ages for five months on the yeasts, one third in barriques and two thirds in steel, without carrying out malolactic fermentation. The result is a very fresh wine with good acidity that encourages drinking.
Brancaia is a company that we like and that never disappoints itself, as in the case of this bottle that is outside the usual mold of Chianti whites.
