Egly-Ouriet Rosé Grand Cru Champagne Extra Brut Assemblage Base harvest 2016 This champagne is born from the union of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Grand Cru classified vines within the Montagna de Reims. The winemaking takes place with indigenous yeasts and in oak barrels. The wines are unfiltered and benefit from long aging on the yeasts before disgorgement.
