Fermentato per il 60% in vasche d&#8217;acciaio e il restante 40 in barriques questo vino matura per circa 8 mesi. Sorprende per la freschezza del frutto e l&#8217;espressivit\u00e0 oltre che per la grande mineralit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Come sempre il Castello di Ama ci convince anche quando si esce dal solco dei vini rossi.
