Apre la gamma dei Crus S\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 di Rapha\u00ebl e Vincent B\u00e9r\u00e8che.<\/p>\n<p>Nel 2013 Rapha\u00ebl e Vincent B\u00e9r\u00e8che hanno avuto l&#8217;idea di mettere in risalto il meglio dello Champagne. Hanno assaggiato un centinaio di champagne diversi e selezionato 6 cuv\u00e9e eccellenti, che credono simboleggiano i grandi terroir della regione. Sono state selezionate novemila bottiglie e ogni cuv\u00e9e \u00e8 disponibile in quantit\u00e0 estremamente ridotte e ogni bottiglia \u00e8 numerata.<\/p>\n<p>La cuv\u00e9e C\u00f4te proviene dai terroir di Avize (70%) e Grauves (30%), sulla base della vendemmia 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Il dosaggio \u00e8 Extra Brut, con 3.5g \/ L, e questo champagne \u00e8 stato sboccato il 29 ottobre 2012.<\/p>\n<p>La cuv\u00e9e C\u00f4te des Crus Selected di Rapha\u00ebl e Vincent B\u00e9r\u00e8che offre un naso intenso con note di miele e brioche.<\/p>\n<p>Al palato \u00e8 un vino ricco e setoso con un finale fresco e fresco e una lunghezza sbalorditiva.<\/p>\n<p>Solo 4000 bottiglie prodotte<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La cuv\u00e9e C\u00f4te \u00e8 uno champagne ricco, morbido e vibrante.
