We are at an altitude of 350 m above sea level with a south, south-east exposure that guarantee optimal ripening of the grapes. The extension of the vineyard is minimal: 3.5 hectares planted mainly with Sangiovese which every year produces about 14ooo bottles.<\/p>\n<p>The choice to adopt the organic regime comes from the firm belief that to have good wines we must also respect the territory where I grow the grapes.<\/p>\n<p>Chianti Classico di Setriolo has a typical nose with hints of red fruit and delicate spiciness.
