Fattoria Pomona is located in Castellina in Chianti on the road that leads to Siena.<\/p>\n<p>The vineyards are located at a height of 350 m above sea level on predominantly marly soils. The blend of Villa Pomona&#8217;s Chianti Classico is the traditional one &#8211; Sangiovese 95% and Colorino 5% &#8211; just as the vinification and aging is traditional: large Slavonian oak barrels for at least a year and then three months in the bottle before entry on the market.<\/p>\n<p>Production is truly limited, just over 4500 bottles for a genuine, crunchy Chianti Classico, a faithful expression of this corner of Tuscany.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa Pomona&#8217;s Chianti Classico is the result of Monica Raspi&#8217;s passion for wine and the Chianti region.
