Here, the Nobile is produced without forcing, following the rhythms of the vineyard and the cellar, with spontaneous fermentations and long aging in large oak barrels.<\/p>\n<p>The 2021 Riserva is made from Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) grapes from well-exposed vineyards, harvested at full ripeness. The vintage yielded balanced and very clean wines, with beautiful fruit definition.<\/p>\n<p>In the glass, it presents aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and notes of undergrowth, accompanied by light spicy nuances.
