Over twenty-five generations, they have developed deep knowledge of Sangiovese and of the diverse pedoclimatic conditions within their estate at <strong>Castello di Fonterutoli<\/strong>, in the commune of Castellina in Chianti. The property extends across hundreds of hectares, with vineyards divided into numerous hillside parcels characterized by different elevations, exposures and soil compositions \u2014 a key element of the estate\u2019s production philosophy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ipsus<\/strong> is born within the <strong>Il Caggio<\/strong> vineyard, a specific selection designed to highlight Sangiovese in its purest and most rigorous territorial expression.
