The <strong>Vaillon climat<\/strong>, located on the left bank of the Serein River, is known for its ability to combine finesse, tension and natural approachability, while retaining the depth typical of great Chablis.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes come from vineyards planted on <strong>Kimmeridgian soils<\/strong>, rich in limestone and marine fossils, a key element that gives the wine its distinctly mineral character. Exposure and microclimate allow for balanced ripening of <strong>Chardonnay<\/strong>, preserving freshness and aromatic precision. Harvesting is carried out with great care, aiming to maintain fruit integrity and varietal purity.<\/p>\n<p>In the glass, the wine shows a bright straw-yellow color.
