The Nebbiolo grapes come from three historic vineyards located in the heart of the Barolo denomination: <\/span><\/span>Cannubi<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , <\/span><\/span>Brunate<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and <\/span><\/span>Ravera<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , from which it takes its name \u201cTre Tine\u201d. The calcareous-clayey soils, the ideal altitude and the favorable exposure offer the perfect conditions for wines with structure, finesse and longevity. The Rinaldi winery, led today by Marta Rinaldi, consistently continues the austere and traditional style inherited from Beppe Rinaldi, a point of reference for lovers of the most authentic Barolo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traditional winemaking, respect for time<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The 2021 harvest, considered among the best in recent years in Langa, has given healthy, ripe and perfectly balanced grapes. Fermentation takes place in <\/span><\/span>large wooden vats<\/span><\/span><\/strong> with prolonged macerations, following traditional methods. The refinement, as per Rinaldi tradition, takes place in <\/span><\/span>large Slavonian oak barrels<\/span><\/span><\/strong> for about <\/span><\/span>36 months<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , allowing the wine to develop aromatic complexity and a fine and articulated tannic texture.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 2021 Barolo Tre Tine presents itself with a <\/span><\/span>bright garnet red<\/span><\/span><\/strong> color and a broad and layered nose.
