Fermentation and maceration is carried out in cement and steel tanks for about 18\/20 days. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels and casks, for a time that varies, according to the characteristics of the wine, between 16 and 20 months. After bottling, without filtering, it is aged in glass for about 6 months.
