Made exclusively from <b>Sangiovese<\/b> grapes grown in the Poggiarso vineyard at an altitude of 560 meters above sea level, this wine showcases the purity and elegance typical of the variety.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Vinification and Aging:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The grapes, handpicked and carefully selected, are destemmed and gently crushed. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by maceration on the skins for about 15-20 days. After racking, the wine is transferred to cement tanks to facilitate settling and malolactic fermentation.
