After aging on lees for 6 months, half of the wine (55%) is stored in stainless steel tanks, while the other half rests in small oak barrels. Subsequently, Diapason is bottled and left to rest in the cellar for 7 years before being released to the market. This extended period allows the vibrant personality of the Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru terroir to soften, while the aromas develop into captivating complexity. Diapason is a magnificent champagne that possesses the intensity of the finest cuv\u00e9es and significant aging potential.
