San Donatino Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with olives of the Frantoio, Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino varieties, alone or together, and for a maximum of 20% from plants of other varieties of the area.
Each olive is harvested by hand directly from the plant. The olives are placed in special safes on each side to facilitate ventilation and, consequently, a better conservation.
Within 72 hours of harvesting the olives are brought to the mills for processing, which combines a strong craftsmanship vocation with cutting-edge technologies that allow high standards of hygiene and healthiness.
San Donatino Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is slightly spicy with a slight bitter note that leaves the mouth dry and clean.
