Description
Il Fontuccia “Listen Oh!” it is an anxonic from the Giglio Island that tastes of ripe peaches and fragrant melons, with a marked salinity and citrus aftertaste.
The company takes its name from the locality where the main vineyard is located: La Fontuccia. The soils are totally granite and rich in minerals, the climate is rather humid in spring, but very dry and windy in summer with very little rainfall.
The vineyards are totally dedicated to the autochthonous Ansonica and placed on Roman terraces. This type of cultivation makes the harvest very suggestive and expensive.
