Description
Brancaia’s Bianco Toscana IGT is the only white berry label of the company and very successful.
Made from mostly Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a pinch of Viognier, this wine ages for five months on the lees for one third in barriques and two thirds in steel, without malolactic fermentation. The result is a very fresh wine with good acidity that makes you want to drink.
Brancaia is a company that we like and that never contradicts itself, as in the case of this bottle out of the usual patterns of Chianti’s whites.
