The cuvée Blanc de Noirs is the entry-level Champagne of the Maison Fleury.
A greedy and generous champagne. It is an expressive champagne, with beautiful substance with a touch of vinous.
The Maison Fleury is one of the forerunners of biodynamics in Champagne. The company began its conversion to organic viticulture in 1970, long before it was in fashion. Today Fleury is certified Organic Agriculture (AB) and Demeter on its entire estate of 15 hectares.
Created in 1955 by Robert Fleury, Blanc de Noirs Fleury is produced only with Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar, aged about 25 years.
This cuvée is vinified in enamelled vats, but also in oak barrels. The passage in wood brings a touch of complexity to the wine.
Blanc de Noirs Fleury is a Brut. A champagne with a light dosage of 6g / l.
