PROCESSING AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA – INFORMATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03
In compliance with the provisions of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code -</p><p>we hereby inform you that:
A) The personal data you have provided on our website shall be processed to the extent and for the purpose of fulfilling your request; in particular, the processing shall have the purpose to fulfil all requirements related to and resulting from the completion of the orders placed online; the data collected shall also be used for the purpose of communicating news and advertising promotions.
B) Providing your personal data is optional; it is nonetheless understood that failure to provide these data and consent to their processing shall prevent us from fulfilling your request;
C) The personal data provided by you shall be processed “lawfully and fairly”, as provided by art.11;
D) "Sensitive" personal data shall be processed to the extent and using the modalities provided for in the General Authorization of the Supervisory Authority no. 4/2004;
E) Processing shall be carried out also using electronic and/or automated means accessible only to authorised persons in full compliance of the provisions of the Privacy Code and in particular of the Technical Specifications Concerning Minimum Security Measures – Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
F) The data shall be disclosed:
- in general, to all Entities in charge of verifying and monitoring that the requirements stated above are duly fulfilled;
- to personnel and collaborators in their capacity as designated data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing of the data provided to fulfil the services requested by you; all these persons are fully knowledgeable of the obligations and measures to comply with on the subject of privacy;

I) You are entitled at any time to exercise your rights with respect to the data controller pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, quoted hereafter:
Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights.
A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
